Green Belly Foods - Chirmol Mild Salsa 16oz

A classic Guatemalan condiment similar to tomato-based salsa. It is traditionally served with carne asada, sausage or grilled potatoes, but it compliments a vast variety of dishes. We stay true to our roots and fire roast the tomatoes to bring out their sweetness, and add hierbabuena (spearmint) to give this sauce its unique refreshing flavor. Hierbabuena is an aromatic herb with an array of medicinal properties and it is used widely in Guatemalan cuisine.
