Sriracha is a Thai-style sauce that is often used in cooking and in Asian meals. This is Char Man Brand's West Coast take on this classic style which is garlicky, a bit sweet and has just the right medium heat that doesn't overwhelm whatever you are eating. 

Mix some in mayo to be a great dip or spread of sushi and sandwiches. It is also a great marinate or finishing sauce for chicken and seafood. Mild to Medium Heat
